You will assemble management plans, track changes, govern project plans, and monitor budgets while delivering regular status reports to stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; 3 years' experience in facilities/ construction management, mechanical maintenance, or related area OR 5 years' experience in facilities/ construction management, mechanical maintenance, or related area.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assembling management plans.
• Tracking changes to plans and ensuring resolution of critical issues.
• Managing the governance of project plans.
• Monitoring budgets and costs for projects.
• Delivering presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders at regular intervals.
