Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Operations Management, HRM, or a related field.
• Strong English writing, editing, and communication skills for undergraduate audiences.
• Strong research skills and familiarity with standard business textbooks.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop academically accurate content for Operations Management and HRM.
• Write clear scripts and storyboards for short animated videos.
• Simplify complex business concepts using real-world examples and case studies.
• Develop structured lesson outlines with learning objectives aligned to undergraduate curricula.
