Alltrista Plastics LLC is seeking a versatile administrative professional to support Human Resources, Accounting and plant operations in a busy manufacturing environment in Springfield, Missouri. The role combines payroll, HRIS data entry, vendor communications, and general office coordination to keep daily activities running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of admin experience, familiarity with HR processes and MS Office; Ceridian Dayforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in administrative capacity
• 1-3 years’ experience with Human Resources administrative activities
• Excellent planning, time management, decision making, presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hourly payroll and timekeeping data
• Assist with recruiting activities and job postings in HRIS
• Prepare new employee orientation and onboarding activities
• Maintain employee personnel filing system and audit records
• Coordinate employee relations events and answer HR questions
• General office duties and scheduling coordination
• Support accounting with mail, invoicing, and supplier communications
