Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage seeks a General Manager to provide overall leadership for an assigned facility, including warehousing, transportation, finance, and administration, with a key role in sales and marketing to grow new revenue streams.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (MBA preferred), five years of related experience with P&L responsibility and budgeting, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain auto-liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• Five years of related experience with clear P&L accountability and budgeting.
• Ability to create and maintain management reports and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto-liability insurance as per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and control the operating budget for the assigned facility and capital expenditures.
• Own the P&L for the facility and manage variances to plan.
• Oversee all administrative and financial functions for the facility.
• Ensure internal controls and proper cash handling separation of duties.
• Lead compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting warehousing and transportation.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity through reporting and field visits.
• Develop and implement policies to maximize output and talent development.
• Build strong relationships with supplier community and customers.
