MindFriend, a HealthTech platform, seeks an experienced Operations & Growth Manager to oversee teams, manage daily operations, and drive business growth in Elm, PA.

You will lead internal teams and external contractors, oversee marketing campaigns, and develop strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and platform expansion, while expanding our network of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.

MindFriend | HealthTech & Mental Health | Full-Time MindFriend is a growing international mental health technology platform. We are looking for an experienced Operations & Growth Manager to oversee our team, manage daily operations, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate internal teams and external contractors.
• Manage daily operations, workflows, deadlines, and performance.
• Oversee marketing activities, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and platform growth.
• Support the expansion of our international network of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.
• Work closely with the founder to translate business priorities into measurable results.
• Improve operational efficiency, accountability, and team productivity.

Requirements

• ~7+ years of experience in operations, business management, or growth leadership.
• ~ Proven experience managing teams and delivering results.
• ~ Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and customer acquisition.
• ~ Experience in HealthTech, mental health, digital health, or healthcare platforms preferred.
• ~ Commercial mindset, strong organisational skills, and ability to work independently.
• ~ Experience working in startups or scaling digital platforms is highly desirable.

We are looking for a hands‑on operational leader, not solely a marketing specialist. The ideal candidate combines people management, operational execution, and business growth expertise.
