MindFriend, a HealthTech & Mental Health platform, is seeking an experienced Operations & Growth Manager to oversee teams, optimize daily operations, and drive growth.

You will lead internal and external teams, manage workflows and campaigns, and translate business priorities into measurable results, building an international network of practitioners.

This hands-on role suits someone with startup experience who can blend people leadership with execution and strategic growth.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in operations, business management, or growth leadership.
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and customer acquisition.
• Experience in HealthTech, mental health, digital health, or healthcare platforms preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing activities, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and platform growth.
• Support the expansion of our international network of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.
• Work closely with the founder to translate business priorities into measurable results.
• Improve operational efficiency, accountability, and team productivity.

Requirements

• ~7+ years of experience in operations, business management, or growth leadership.
• ~ Proven experience managing teams and delivering results.
• ~ Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and customer acquisition.
• ~ Experience in HealthTech, mental health, digital health, or healthcare platforms preferred.
• ~ Commercial mindset, strong organisational skills, and ability to work independently.
• ~ Experience working in startups or scaling digital platforms is highly desirable.
