Corner Table Restaurants is seeking a Business Operations Associate to support growth, openings, and day-to-day multi-unit operations across our The Smith and Parla concepts. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and restaurant leadership to streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and enable smarter decision making.

The role emphasizes hands-on operations support in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with opportunities to build dashboards, improve workflows, and leverage AI

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in operations consulting, business operations, or project management in hospitality/retail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to build tracking systems and leadership-ready materials.
• Strong project coordination skills, with attention to deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support Growth & New Openings across sites, including research and diligence materials.
• Manage compliance calendars and filings across jurisdictions.
• Track contract renewals and assist in negotiations and drafting.
• Assist with insurance administration, COIs, and risk management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for entity setup and multi-unit rollouts.
• Create data analyses and dashboards; monitor location-level performance vs budget.
