Flagler Health is building a clinical operating system for musculoskeletal care. The Generalist will join the New York-based Operations team to own messy problems from scope to fix, dive into data, and bring structure where none exists.

You'll write clear documents and recommendations for teammates and leadership while coordinating with diverse teams as priorities change. This role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and a data-driven approach to operational challenges.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or startup roles.
• Experience in healthcare.
• Track record of owning messy problems end to end.
• Clear writing and communication skills.
• Comfort working with data and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Own operational problems end to end, from scoping the issue to putting the fix in place.
• Dig into data and spreadsheets to understand what's happening and what to do about it.
• Bring structure and clear plans to ambiguous, fast-moving work.
• Write clear docs, updates, and recommendations for teammates and leadership.
• Work with people across teams to move projects forward and keep everyone aligned.
• Take on new problems as the business's priorities change.
