Flagler Health is building a clinical operating system for musculoskeletal care. The Generalist will join the New York-based Operations team to own messy problems from scope to fix, dive into data, and bring structure where none exists.

You'll write clear documents and recommendations for teammates and leadership while coordinating with diverse teams as priorities change. This role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and a data-driven approach to operational challenges.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or startup roles.
• Experience in healthcare.
• Track record of owning messy problems end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own operational problems end to end, from scoping the issue to putting the fix in place.
• Dig into data and spreadsheets to understand what's happening and what to do about it.

Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care. We partner with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. Our platform sits at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle. We’ve recently raised our Series B and are entering our next phase of growth.

The Role:

We're looking for a Generalist to join our Operations team in New York. This is a role for someone who likes owning messy, ambiguous problems and seeing them through from first question to working solution. You'll work across the business on whatever matters most at the time. That means digging into data, figuring out what's really going on, and getting it fixed. You'll write clearly, communicate well with people across teams, and bring structure where there isn't any yet.

Compensation Range: $75K - $100K
