Role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in financial services, with the ability to work with the Legal Response Team and cross-functional partners. On-site work four days a week from our Tempe office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry or related field.
• Familiarity with industry and business area specific regulations within 6 months.
• Ability to make recommendations to resolve and improve system issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and determine business requirements with understanding of upstream and downstream impacts.
• Ability to collaborate with other business areas on system requirements and process changes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, research, and interpret complex information with regulatory knowledge.
• Serve as subject matter expert across multiple business functions.
• Train and coach associates within or across business areas.
• Collaborate with Legal Response Team to develop team processes and upstream impacts.
• Provide analyses and recommendations for process or system improvements; implement agreed solutions.
