Enclosure is hiring an Operations Generalist to build and run the operational backbone of a fast-moving company. You’ll own the systems, processes, and infrastructure that let the team stay focused on the mission.

You’ll also own the urgent, cross-functional problems that don’t have a home, driving them through every function, vendor, and counterparty required to close them out, and not letting go until it’s done.

Qualifications

• Track record of ownership and accountability in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions, vendors, and counterparty groups.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and grit to close urgent problems.
• Experience building scalable operations and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational backbone of a fast-moving company.
• Drive cross-functional projects from issue to resolution.
• Build and improve vendor management, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Organize and execute the company’s recurring operational cadence (meetings, reports).
• Create documentation and internal tooling to stabilize operations.
