Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or related roles preferably within manufacturing or technology sectors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to dynamic working environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

About The Role

As an Operations Generalist at Westmag, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient flow of processes across multiple departments.
