Westmag seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs spanning design, engineering, manufacturing, and customer delivery for drone motors and robot actuators.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of advanced motor and actuator products, while leading risk reduction and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably hardware, motors, robotics, or aerospace.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other program management methodologies.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

  • Drive program schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes and efficiency.

About The Role
