Job summary

Westmag, the American manufacturer of drone motors and robot actuators, seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs spanning design, engineering, manufacturing, and customer delivery from South San Francisco.

You will work with engineering, product, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of advanced motor and actuator products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in hardware, motors, robotics, or aerospace industries.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Familiarity with Agile or other program management methodologies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

About the role
