An excellent career opportunity is currently available for an Operations Financial Analyst in Arizona or California to support the Aires West Coast region.

This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to act as a liaison between the Operations and Accounting teams to research and resolve billing discrepancies. The Operations Financial Analyst will be responsible for auditing transactions to ensure payment accuracy, minimize financial loss, and ensure direct transferee liabilities are collected timely.

Position Responsibilities:

• Serves as a financial expert for the Operations teams. Liaises with the Accounting team on behalf of Operations team members to ensure transaction efficiency and accuracy.


• Audits, researches and resolves financial issues and 599s in partnership with Operations team members.


• Reviews profitability high/low reporting and researches and resolves issues.


• Audits specific Employee Payment Requests to ensure accuracy prior to submission.


• Maintains client specific processes and system updates.


• Manages credit process to ensure that credits are obtained and accurately recorded in accounting systems. Completes collections follow up for partner credits due.


• Audits, identifies, and resolves outstanding billing issues to ensure payment issues are resolved. Ensures all invoices are billed to the client within 60 days of service delivery


• Audits and prepares communication related to client capped move programs to mitigate cap overage issues.


• Supports the client AMEX reconciliation process.


• Collaborates with regional rates teams to ensure a seamless billing process.

Required Qualifications:

• GED/High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred


• 1-2 years of Mobility Consulting experience


• 1-2 years of Audit/Accounting experience

• Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
