Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Operations Finance Specialist for McCormick Place in Chicago to prepare financial and operating reports and conduct analyses that maximize profitability. You will work with the unit controller and account leadership to enforce controls over inventories, cash, and equipment.

The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, with responsibilities spanning cash flow, fixed assets, and contracts compliance while promoting strong financial governance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive financial experience including AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
• Ability to work with budgeting, cost controls and monthly reporting
• Adhere to GAAP and financial controls

Responsibilities

• Highly collaborative with leadership to improve margins
• Financial planning and analysis: forecast/budget by venue, generate reports
• Manage Cash Flow, Cash & Banking, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Capital Expenditures
• Weekly/Monthly reporting and communication to corp and operators with SMART actions
• Audits/Contract Compliance including SOX and cooperation with internal auditors
• Maintain financial records per Aramark policies and regulations
• Train finance and operations teams on financial acumen and policies
• Support in operational activities per leadership direction
• Develop proformas for new business and revenue growth
• Perform regional/account duties as directed by FP&A Director
