Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with eleven or more years of progressively complex experience in finance/accounting. Government contractor experience preferred.
• Demonstrates extensive technical expertise in government cost accounting principles and related practices.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence all levels of employees and executives.
• Knowledge of costing, labor, and project forecasting within a contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a business partner to Operations leadership by providing leadership on financial decisions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities across inventory management, overhead, and capital expenditures.
• Provide timely reporting and analysis to support strategic planning and decisions.
• Manage and develop the Operations Finance team.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain confidential information.
