Commonwealth Fusion Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Operations, owning forecast, budgets, and investment analysis to enable an efficient, scalable operational network. The ideal candidate brings rigorous forecasting, strong financial modeling, and the ability to translate site data into actionable business insights for leaders across Facilities, EHS, and Supply Chain.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 7 years FP&A, corporate finance, or operations/supply chain finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel for business cases and analyses.
• Ability to communicate clearly with operational stakeholders and translate data into financial impact.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and producing concise reporting packages.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with incomplete information in a fast-moving environment.

Mansioni

• Own the forecast process for the Operations teams (Facilities, EHS and Supply Chain), driving accuracy and accountability across monthly and quarterly cycles.
• Build annual budgets for Operations cost centers and track actuals against plan, investigating variances and flagging risks and opportunities early.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build business case models that evaluate new investments, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Translate financial results into operational insights and actions that improve business performance.
• Advise Operations leadership and budget owners on resource allocation, operating efficiencies and investment risk to inform decision-making.
• Help harmonize processes, data governance and reporting across the operational network.
• Support special projects for operational improvement, including system and tool automation that increases efficiency and frees up time for deeper analysis.
• Contribute to executive-level presentations and reporting packages for senior leadership.
