Descripción del empleo

Financial Analyst

Complex manufacturing company ready to hire you to be mentored into growth with us as our company grows. We can do this if we all work together to protect and improve margin, cost, client performance, program success, and cash. This role turns shop-floor reality into forecasts leadership can act on - before a bid is locked, a variance hardens, or working capital drifts. You will be the person who makes program economics clear enough to change a decision.

Performance Objectives

  • Participate in Annual Planning, Budget, and continually update Forecast.
  • Lead the charge to produce Management Reporting Package on company performance, including breakdown of product and customer impact.
  • Produce rolling forecasts of revenue, margin, inventory, and cash for active programs so leadership can see margin risk at least one quarter ahead.
  • Build bid and should-cost models that price labor, material, yield, and overhead from current standards, and flag assumptions that would miss target margin.
  • Evaluate capital and tooling requests with payback, capacity, and cash impact so spend is approved only when it improves throughput or cost.
  • Maintain a working-capital view—receivables, payables, and inventory days—and surface the levers that free cash without starving production.

Environment & Resources

You will sit with Finance and work daily with Program Management, Estimating, Supply Chain, and Production Control inside a mid-size aerospace structures plant. Reporting line is the Controller. You will contribute to the forecast model, using the ERP, spreadsheets, PowerBI and production data already in the business.

Essential Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or closely related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis
  • Hands-on forecasting and modeling that leadership has used to price work or reset a plan.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and other tools to streamline and optimize Reports for leadership
  • Clear written briefs and the discipline to hit a close calendar without heroics.

Role Selling Points

  • Your numbers demonstrate business results, show impact, and provide insight into opportunity to improve
  • You have the communication skills to partner cross company to make an impact
