Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, payroll, vendor payments, and inventory controls. You will oversee finance staff, ensure internal controls, and partner with Regional Finance for compliance and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years in finance, accounting, and supervising teams.
• Experience as Controller/Finance Manager in a similar environment.
• Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge.
• SOX knowledge and internal controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and organize reporting and forecasting of financial information, including preparation of financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Lead and oversee all financial activities for the location, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collections, payroll processing, inventory management, and expense management.
• Manage month-end close with accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls (SOX where applicable).
• Supervise and develop staff, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Collaborate with operational leadership to support financial reviews and initiatives.
• Improve financial processes to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
