Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead finance operations across assigned locations. You will supervise the finance team, enforce internal controls, and deliver robust financial analytics to maximize profitability.

With a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, you’ll partner with regional finance directors and management to drive improvements and ensure accurate financial statements. This role emphasizes leadership and strategic financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Proven leadership presence and supervisory capabilities.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial cost control planning & analysis.
• Strong command of accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and P&L management.
• Ability to implement internal controls and develop financial analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and elevate the finance team and operations management through coaching and training.
• Provide frequent communication with management and regional finance directors to identify improvement areas.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Explain variances between targets and actual results in detail.
• Support growth opportunities with pro forma builds and new account openings.
• Create analytical tools to help operators evaluate business performance.
• Maintain oversight of assets and liabilities including cash, AR/AP, and fixed assets.
• Assist Regional Finance Directors with initiatives as needed.
