Job summary

Lindt USA offers a twelve-week Lindternship for undergraduates and graduates to gain practical operations finance experience at our Stratham, NH headquarters. Interns work onsite four to five days per week, guided by a mentor, and participate in career development workshops and networking events.

You will develop Excel-based analyses, dashboards, and reports, collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to drive data-informed decisions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced business setting.

Responsibilities

• Own or contribute to a key Operations Finance project from research to recommendations and final presentation.
• Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to support project objectives.
• Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
• Develop Excel-based analyses, reports, dashboards, or other tools to support decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to gather information and understand business processes.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, automation, or reporting.
• Support financial modeling, business case development, or scenario analysis for assigned projects.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support recommendations and project decisions.
• Translate analysis into clear findings and actionable recommendations for business partners.
• Prepare and present project outcomes and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in additional Operations Finance projects based on business needs.
