Lindt USA seeks an Operations Finance Intern to support the Finance and Operations teams with data-driven insights and reporting. The role focuses on financial planning, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance.

You will develop analytical skills, build Excel-based tools, and contribute to multiple projects ensuring accurate financial representation, process improvements, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced business setting.

Responsibilities

• Own or contribute to a key Operations Finance project from initial research and analysis through recommendations and final presentation.
• Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to support project objectives.
• Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
• Develop Excel-based analyses, reports, dashboards, or other tools that help answer business questions and support decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to gather information and understand business processes.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, automation, or reporting.
• Support financial modeling, business case development, or scenario analysis related to assigned projects.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support recommendations and project decisions.
• Translate analysis into clear findings and actionable recommendations for business partners.
• Prepare and present project outcomes and recommendations to team members and business stakeholders.
• Participate in additional Operations Finance projects and initiatives based on business needs and areas of interest.
