Responsibilities

• Develop metrics, reporting, forecasting, and financial models for operations.
• Query and analyze large operational datasets using SQL.
• Build dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms to track performance.
• Partner with operations leaders to understand drivers of cost and efficiency.
• Assist in month-end processes, variance analysis, and KPI reviews.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Supply Chain, Product, and Data teams.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
