Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably supporting manufacturing operations.
• Strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze P&L and balance sheet activities, production controls, and KPIs.
• Prepare and interpret account reconciliations.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities for project work.
• Maintain data integrity, controls, and documentation for P&L and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, R&D, FP&A, IT) on systems integration.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve inventory accuracy.
