Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required.
• 0-2 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably supporting manufacturing operations.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency with complex formulas and pivot tables; ERP experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial accuracy, transparency, and insight across product costing, manufacturing cost, and inventory.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses and interpret P&L and balance sheet activities; perform reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and ensure data integrity and controls.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, FP&A, and IT to enable systems integration and accurate cost capture.
• Identify and implement improvements for reporting, analysis, and workflow automation.
