Job summary

Northeast Power Dry in New Jersey is seeking an Emergency Restoration Technician to support homeowners and businesses after water damage, mold, and other emergencies. You will travel to sites to perform water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, drying, and cleanup, and assist with project completion.

As part of a team, you will help ensure safe, high-quality workmanship while working on diverse, hands-on restoration tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Dependable with strong attendance and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable performing physical work in a variety of environments.
• Able to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces.
• Available to work overtime and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and commercial properties to assist with emergency restoration projects
• Perform water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, drying, and cleanup services
• Set up, inspect, and monitor drying equipment
• Safely remove damaged materials while following company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and fellow team members
• Assist Crew Chiefs with project completion and daily job responsibilities
• Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and with high-quality workmanship
