Job summary

Northeast Power Dry is hiring an Emergency Restoration Technician to join our Bergen County, NJ restoration team. You will travel to properties to perform water extraction, mold remediation, drying, and cleanup services, while maintaining safety and quality on every site.

The role offers weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for overtime. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and work well in a team, this is a great fit.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Dependable with strong attendance and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable performing physical work in a variety of environments.
• Able to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces.
• Available to work overtime and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and commercial properties to assist with emergency restoration projects.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, drying, and cleanup services.
• Set up, inspect, and monitor drying equipment.
• Safely remove damaged materials while following company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and fellow team members.
• Assist Crew Chiefs with project completion and daily job responsibilities.
• Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and with high-quality workmanship.
