Bunge Iberica SA in Cozad, Nebraska is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily facility operations, inventory control, cost management, and logistics. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to keep schedules on track and ensure readiness to capitalize on opportunities while prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.

The role includes aiding with production planning, maintenance coordination, space allocation, energy conservation, asset security, and leading onsite

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in elevator/terminal operations preferred.
• Farming background a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist inventory control within company requirements.
• Help keep operating costs at or below plan.
• Support development and execution of facility improvements.
• Assist in maximizing mix & blend opportunities with in-house stocks.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and ensure safety/OSHA compliance.
• Develop operational staff to manage costs and keep operations running.
• Support energy conservation and asset security programs.
• Lead onsite workers including contractors and temps.
