Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Technical Degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, and/or Safety (preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience in a grain elevator or terminal in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in leading an effective safety program.

• Manage inventory control to company standards.
• Maintain and lead cost and schedule control initiatives.
• Develop and execute facility improvements with site leadership.
• Maximize grain mix and space allocation for efficiency.
