Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to support department-wide space, facilities, and resource management. You will help implement policies, improve processes, and lead special projects in alignment with institutional goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, onboarding administrative personnel, and coordinating renovations and moves with campus facilities. A Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4 years of experience minimum.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide office and location support activities.
  • Identify and follow processes to maximize unit efficiencies.
  • Ensure proper functioning of facilities, office, and business support services.
  • Develop and analyze budgets and financial information.
  • Direct department operations and allocate resources for efficiency.
  • Manage office services, reports, analyses, and other business needs.
  • Coordinate administrative operations involving space, facilities, and resources while aligning with MCW policies.
  • Carry out special projects for Department leadership and collaborate with MCW Central Services.
