Responsibilities

Express is seeking a Retail Operations Expert to join our team.

The Operations Expert will enhance the in-store shopping experience by managing merchandise flow, ensuring product availability and proper sizing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coaching and training stockroom associates as needed.
2. Processing shipping and receiving orders efficiently.
3. Replenishing stock as necessary.
4. Handling freight and sensor product processing.
5. Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom for safe and efficient merchandise movement.
6. Coordinating product pricing and markdowns.
7. Supporting checkout processes for customers.
8. Ensuring quick and accurate fulfillment transactions to satisfy customers.
9. Sharing product, promotion, and loyalty program information.
10. Assisting in onboarding and training Sales Associates.
11. Supporting product launches and changes per SOP.
12. Helping customers locate products or online orders on the sales floor.
13. Delivering all aspects of the customer experience model.
14. Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, minimum 6 months.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Proficiency with technology (iPad, registers).
