Zipline is seeking an Operations Experience Intern to help design moments that inform, engage, and inspire as the company scales. You will work on internal communications, onboarding, events, and employee experience initiatives.

You’ll partner with the Head of Operations Experience and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment, turning ideas into polished resources for teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the second year of a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and judgment when working with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Work on real projects across internal communications, events, onboarding, employee engagement, and systems.
• Help build an employee experience that grows with the organization.
• Draft, edit, and design communications to ensure clear, consistent, and actionable content.
• Plan and execute employee experiences across All Hands, events, onboarding, and culture-building moments.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations Experience and cross-functional partners.
