Job summary

Milestone Career Planner is seeking a detail-oriented insurance operations professional to manage day-to-day activities, process policies and renewals, and maintain meticulous records. The role involves coordinating with sales, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely follow-ups with clients on payments and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of life/general/health insurance processes, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational activities of the insurance division.

• Maintain accurate records of client policies, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and claims teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for premium payments, renewals, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and policy schedules.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI).
• Support management in audits, reconciliations, and other operational tasks.
