Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Strategist to drive operational change across the North American Distribution network.

You will execute improvement initiatives end-to-end, transforming data into actionable results that boost productivity, safety, and cost savings across 19 regional branches. You will leverage DMAIC, data mining, and process mapping to design tangible improvements, mentor Green Belts, and promote data-driven decision making in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of warehouse and transportation workflows to identify bottlenecks.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives; support data collection and root-cause analysis.
• Develop financial models and business cases with P&L impact.
• Support WMS and TMS optimization; ensure data integrity and adoption.
• Create SOPs and train staff on new tools and continuous improvement methods.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure timely, scoped delivery with ROI.
