Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, science, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in manufacturing CI/Lean.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and Lean deployments in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage Kaizen events, value stream analysis, and standardization efforts.
• Develop and coach teams on Lean principles and CI methodologies.
• Identify dashboards and digital tools to monitor performance and drive results.
