Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Operations Excellence Manager - W&L | 3PL to join our Warehouse & Logistics Operations team. You will champion continuous improvement, drive launches across our 3PL network, and partner with clients and site leaders to embed Lean and optimize workflows.

You will mentor leaders in Lean Six Sigma, lead Kaizen events, and standardize KPIs to improve productivity, quality, and velocity across our US facilities, with 50–75% travel from Remote Southern

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, distribution center operations, supply chain, or 3PL.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or PMP preferred.
• Experience owning operations launch support, facility startups, and customer-facing initiatives.
• Analytical with the ability to connect improvements to business outcomes.

In this high-impact role, you will play a central part in championing continuous improvement and driving launch success across our third-party logistics network. You will have the opportunity to partner directly with key external clients and site leaders, embedding Lean principles and optimizing process workflows to elevate operational performance. What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, distribution center operations, supply chain, or third-party logistics (3PL).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, value stream mapping, Kaizen facilitation, and process redesign techniques (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or PMP preferred).
• Proven experience owning operations launch support, facility startups, and direct customer-facing initiatives.
• Demonstrated financial and analytical acumen with the ability to connect operational improvements directly to business outcomes.

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00
