Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional Operations Excellence roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead high-impact productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multi-year project portfolio covering safety, quality, reliability, and cost.
- Coach Black Belt and Green Belt teams in Lean Six Sigma.
- Implement Manufacturing Operating Systems across sites.
- Facilitate value stream mapping and root cause analysis.
- Establish metrics, governance, and reporting for projects.
