Job summary

Velociti Services is seeking a hands-on Manager, Operations Excellence to lead field-based operational improvement initiatives across multiple locations. You will drive startup launches, transitions, and process optimization, partnering with regional leaders and executives to standardize best practices and achieve sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations, account transitions, start-ups, or operational recovery initiatives.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based operational improvement initiatives across multiple locations and environments.
• Serve as deployment leader for start-ups, turnarounds, and special projects.
• Partner with regional leaders, site teams, and executives to standardize best practices.
• Travel 50%–75% across markets and locations.
• Analyze operational metrics and drive measurable improvements.
• Coach field teams through change and maintain accountability.
