Qualifications

• Six months experience in fast-paced environments or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Champions FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and supports related initiatives.
• Manages hiring, coaching, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Plans and directs day-to-day operations of package sortation.
• Analyzes operational performance and executes improvement plans.
• Conducts daily meetings to communicate operational updates.
