SupportFinity™ is seeking a Manager for Operations Excellence & Engineering with strong leadership skills to enhance manufacturing processes. In this role, you will lead deployment of the Apogee Management System and work with multidisciplinary teams to instigate continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing setting. Quality and productivity are key focuses, and strong analytical skills will be essential. We offer a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience deploying continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities
