Job summary

Safran S.A. in Marysville, WA seeks an experienced Manager of Engineering & Operational Excellence to lead the Manufacturing Engineering and Operational Excellence functions.

The role focuses on evaluating and developing robust manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement across the site. The successful candidate will own, design, optimize, and sustain world-class manufacturing systems, delivering impact on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity through lean principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, CI or related industrial functions.
• Minimum 5 years leading multidisciplinary engineering or operational excellence teams.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred.

Education:
