Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands seeks an Operations Excellence Engineer in Crystal Lake, IL, within the Continuous Improvement Department. You will lead projects to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive data‑driven enhancements across production lines. The role emphasizes ISO 9001:2015 audits and a strong focus on TPS/Lean practices.

You will supervise six direct reports including CI coordinators and automation/manufacturing engineers, with onsite collaboration and company‑wide impact.

Qualifications

• TPS/Lean Manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience.
• Experience with ISO9001:2015 audits and continuous improvement.
• DMAIC methodology with line balancing or work leveling.
• Advanced problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).
• FMEA analysis and poka-yoke error prevention.
• ERP systems know-how and data usage in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities to improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Develop and execute plans to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate meetings, delegate tasks, and communicate progress to the team.
• Use advanced data analysis to uncover trends and insights for improvement.
• Create reports conveying findings and actionable recommendations.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement culture.
• Lead workshops to engage personnel in problem solving and ideation.
• Provide training on process changes to all employees.
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of improvement projects aligned with goals.
• Serve as internal ISO 9001:2015 auditor supporting quality systems.
• Supervise six direct reports including CI coordinator and engineers.
