INEOS Oxide is seeking an Operations Excellence Data & Information Coordinator to support site operations and executive activities in League City, TX. This role emphasizes confidentiality, coordination of leadership calendars, and meticulous data handling across SAP, Power BI, and SharePoint platforms.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of admin experience, an associate degree or higher, and strong MS Office skills to create polished presentations and reports for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of administrative experience.
• Associates Degree or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP and SharePoint functionalities is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily support to organizational levels.
• Coordinate executive level meetings.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information.
• Prepare PowerPoint materials for executive meetings with consistent formatting.
• Manage calendars and scheduling for site leadership.
• Enter service entries and goods receipts in SAP; process purchase requisitions.
