Job summary

The role supports the Operations Supervisor and Manager, handles a range of administrative tasks, and contributes to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

The position runs Monday through Friday with morning hours, and a pay rate of $20.00–$25.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports and records on department activities for management.
• Defines and maintains performance metrics and processes and shares with the team.
• Monitors performance, attendance, and productivity; provides feedback.
• Assists employees in solving work problems, and suggests plans to motivate employees to achieve work goals.
• Assists in setting and monitoring operational budgets.
• Handles data entry, calls, mail, and document filing.
• May assist with new employee training.
