Job summary

Sports Facilities Management, LLC is seeking an Operations Team Member for the Missouri facility. You will deliver friendly guest service, learn the facility offerings, and assist in coordinating events and parties.

You will communicate with the On-Duty Managers to ensure proper setup and cleanup across venues. Join a team focused on service excellence and community engagement, with a flexible, part-time schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience preferred or quick study.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, first-in-class service to all guests.
• Be knowledgeable about facility programs, formats and pricing.
• Assist with coordinating events and parties.
• Communicate with on-duty managers for proper setup and cleanup.
• Maintain park, recreation and public grounds.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with timely, clear communication.
• Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed.
