Job summary

Sports Facilities Management, LLC is seeking an Operations Team Member to deliver outstanding guest service and support the day-to-day operations of the Missouri facility in Chesterfield. You will help set up spaces, assist with events, and communicate with on-site management to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork and a strong customer-focused approach, with duties across daily tasks, maintenance, and guest relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Respectful and friendly to athletes, guests, and team members.
• Customer service experience preferred or quick study.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and friendly first-in-class service to all guests.
• Be knowledgeable about facility programs, formats, pricing and dates.
• Assist with coordinating all facility events and parties.
• Communicate clearly with Managers-On-Duty to ensure proper setup and cleanup.
• Assist in maintenance of park, recreation and public grounds.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through timely, clear communication.
• Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed.
