Lubrizol is seeking an Operations & Environmental Specialist to safeguard and optimize manufacturing operations. You will work with operators, maintenance teams, and site leaders to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, and safety program development to enhance plant performance and employee development across Lubrizol facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of EH&S regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EH&S subject matter expert for the assigned unit.
• Coach operators to improve technical competency.
• Support process and equipment performance improvements.
• Lead root cause analyses and incident investigations.
• Partner with maintenance and engineering to improve asset utilization.
• Develop and maintain safety, health, environmental, and regulatory programs.
