Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field; IE or ME preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Great attitude and team player
• Successful completion of background screening process

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update operator procedures for the shop floor.
• Address daily production related issues on shop floor.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain direct labor standards.
• Maintain process layouts.
