You will gain hands-on experience across Aggregate and Mining, Hot Mix Asphalt, Quality Control, and Environmental Management while contributing to real-world projects.

The internship offers exposure to production workflows, site visits across ME, NH, VT, and mentoring from experienced engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college degree program.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Be willing to work extended hours and travel across the three states.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing production workflows to improve efficiency and flow.
• Help with maintenance projects, which may involve designing, fabricating, and installing equipment at HMA facilities.
